You’re not alone. Let us help you find your inner strength.
Your feelings are valid and need to be heard.
Many women experience the “baby blues,” a few days or weeks of mild ups and downs after giving birth. But for some, welcoming a new baby is overwhelming.
While symptoms vary, they may include:
- Having an overwhelming sense of depression, anxiety or worthlessness
- Feeling worried or troubled
- Feeling sad, detached or lost
- Fatigue
- Trouble sleeping and eating
Women may feel uncomfortable or even ashamed, preventing them from getting the help they need.
If this sounds like you, please don’t suffer in silence. You deserve to feel better. Getting help early can make all the difference for you, your baby and your family.
