Dr. Fermann reviewed my test results, contacted me through Kacey, her PA with results and scheduled a consultation. She is compassionate regarding emotional and medical concerns. She referred me to another professional right away to discuss additional options after our conversation. She has a beautiful family of her own, yet continues to share her experience and expertise with patients daily. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Gretchen, Kacey, and Angela in our community.
